6. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

6.1 How long we keep your data
We only keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, including to provide our services, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations, manage client relationships and maintain business records.

We usually retain enquiry and support data for up to 24 months unless there is an ongoing client, supplier or business relationship.

Client, supplier and financial records may be retained for up to 6 years where required for legal, tax, accounting or contractual purposes.

Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or ask us to delete your information. Where you unsubscribe, we may keep a suppression record to ensure we do not contact you again.

We review the personal data we hold regularly and securely delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

We do not share data with PayPal, but you will need to fill out your details into a PayPal form when making a donation or a payment, therefore they will capture this data and it will be regulated by their data policies.

We use selected third-party platforms to operate our website, manage enquiries, deliver marketing activity, analyse website performance and provide our services. These may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Go High Level as CRM, website hosting providers, form tools, consent management platforms and security tools. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle data securely and in line with applicable data protection laws.

We may compile statistics about the use of Our Site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying information. We may from time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners and advertisers. Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law.
